A veteran quickly approaching four decades in the broadcast and creative industry, Mr. O'Brien has participated in every aspect of the creative process from performance, production, writing, creative consulting and management. As an on air personality or behind the camera directing his passion for creativity is evident in everything he does. His life's work has earned numerous industry awards including Addy Awards, Achievement in Radio awards and Emmy Awards.

Chris is married and has one daughter and makes his home in beautiful North Carolina. He enjoys photography tinkering with electronics, playing music and is passionate about aviation and aviation history.

In addition to Who Did that Media LLC, O'Brien is also the founder of Aero Artists an aerial cinematography and survey company based in North Carolina. He holds an FAA Certification as a remote UAS Pilot.

Tina is a media professional with over 21 years experience in advertising, sales and marketing. In her professional career, she has helped many local, regional and national companies achieve their marketing and sales revenue goals.

Her dedication to getting the job done has fueled her passion for caring for our customers and their needs. As Director of Operations and Customer Care, Mrs. Harlan has raised the bar with regard to work flow management and maintains an impressive "on time" ratings for our customers that is rare in our industry.

Tina has been a valued participate in the growth of Who Did that Media since its inception in 2007.

Tina is the mother of an exceptional young woman and the wife to Scott another valued member of our team. Tina resides in beautiful Northern Virginia.

Dan Balog is a lifelong devotee to music performance and production. He has performed the roles of radio personality, VO artist, and commercial audio producer for nearly three decades. Dan is not only skilled behind the mixing board he has been a talented singer, musician and songwriter since 1987. His unique understanding of performance and the creative process has guided his professional journey to include VO work for radio and television stations across the country including Sirius XM and national advertising campaigns.

In 1994 Dan was hired as a young radio personality for WRCY Radio in Washington, DC by the now President and Founder of Who Did that Media. Mr. Balog likes to say “joining Who Did that Media in 2021 was like coming home.” Dan resides in Nashville, Tennessee and is heavily involved in the music community.

Carrie provides a focused and attentive approach to taking care of our customers. She embodies the title Customer Care Specialist as her attention to detail provides our clients that little "something extra" thus providing our clients a fulsome and successful experience each time they interact with her. She describes herself as having a passion for helping others and we agree.

Carrie resides in North Carolina and is the mom of an adorable little girl. She enjoys crafting and photography.
